Bellaplant AG offers comprehensive transport solutions for the entire European region. The plants are picked up directly from the producers by selected partners according to strict guidelines. Temperature-controlled trucks are available for sensitive goods, enabling transport under optimal conditions and thus preserving the quality and freshness of the plants. Customs clearance is a crucial part of international logistics. We handle all customs formalities in a professional manner to ensure smooth and speedy border crossing. The plants are then distributed throughout Switzerland reliably and quickly on a daily basis. Depending on requirements, delivery is made either to the large warehouses of the distribution centers or directly to the end customer's branch. Another important aspect is coordinating the return transport of empty containers in a comprehensive way. The plants are transported in reusable containers, which is an important part of the sustainable process. In order to close the cycle of these containers, we organize and coordinate the return transport of the empty items to the national and international producers.

Order picking

All the plants delivered first undergo an incoming goods process carried out by our highly trained quality team. Each product is inspected in accordance with the highest requirements and quality standards set by our customers. After inspection and clearance, receipt of the delivered order volume is confirmed digitally so that efficient order picking can then be carried out using the cross-docking process on returnable containers. In order to be able to pack several thousand plants every day on time and without any errors, Bellaplant AG works with a modern scanning system. This enables highly efficient handling of large order volumes with unchanged quality requirements, even during seasonal peak times. In addition to cross-docking, the company's expertise also includes other services during the logistics process. Other services can be offered on site according to individual customer requirements, such as the labeling or storage of goods. Flexibility is one of Bellaplant AG's core areas of competence in this regard. The company specializes in adapting to strongly fluctuating volumes and successfully managing short-term changes. This ensures that the supply chain remains stable even in the event of unforeseeable events and that we can offer our customers an efficient and smooth logistics process at all times.

Our long-standing partnerships and constantly expanding and stable network enable us to provide our customers with access to high-quality plants. Our team has extensive expertise and many years of experience in the plant industry. This helps us to constantly assess our customers’ needs and the requirements of the market in a professional and competent way. This expertise means we can provide our customers with comprehensive advice and offer them customized solutions. Our loading stations in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy are further strategic points that enable efficient and cost-optimized procurement. Quality and coordination are ensured by an additional station at our site in Albenga (IT). A reliable digital connection is essential to link our Europe-wide network of customers and partners. Bellaplant AG has a complex IT system that is perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of the industry. The transmission of orders via EDI and the subsequent data processing are crucial for the daily delivery of all plants from all over Europe to our customers in a coordinated way.
