For us, progress means adapting and optimizing the interests and needs of our customers, suppliers and employees in response to changes that arise. We show understanding for the needs and problems of our customers and partner companies. We want to ensure our ability to innovate and find creative solutions to problems through continuous further training. We want to further expand our room for maneuver. Sound profitability is the essential prerequisite for this. We are in favor of qualitative growth that enables us to progress in this direction.

Customer-orientated competition

We are working on optimizing our ability to adapt to the changing demands of the market. Close co-operation between customers, purchasing and sales ensures that we remain close to the market. We focus our activities on market segments, regions, products and services that offer secure long-term returns.

Plant trade

We import plants and accessories from the European market and complete our range from within the Swiss market. However, we are open to new opportunities that arise on the market.

Financial structure

The aim is to secure the existence of Bellaplant AG over the long term. To do this, sufficient funds need to be generated for the necessary investments. With a healthy pricing policy, we are striving for an earnings situation that takes account of a risk- and growth-orientated corporate policy. In our business objectives we seek to adhere to the principles of truth, objectivity and fairness and build a corporate image with effective services that promotes trust in our products, our services and our company as an employer.

Our employees

The relationship between employees at Bellaplant AG should ideally be determined by the principle of cooperation based on mutual trust. Initial and further training, work content, working conditions and cooperation must be organized in such a way as to enable optimum performance and provide employees with the opportunity for self-development. Conflicts and mistakes are part of human behavior and can therefore never be completely ruled out. If problems do arise in this regard, we work together to find fair solutions. The organizational and management systems of Bellaplant AG must be geared to the needs of the employees. The structures of Bellaplant AG are designed to encourage and promote initiative and personal responsibility among our employees.

Quality management systems

We are committed to complying with all the regulations and requirements of the GTP and Trace Cert awarded by MPS, which meet the market requirements for traceability, social compatibility and protection of the environment. All employees are encouraged to actively participate in the system.
